In this
role, you will ensure that sales opportunities are explored and promoted to
satisfy customer requirements in a supportive and friendly manner at all times
with a view to making sales and cementing relationships so that we become and
remain their "business of choice". Offering project solutions within the
furniture & interior design space.
Role Title: Project Consultant
Location: Thomastown VIC branch
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Aidacare Furniture Division - Manager (based in our Loganholme branch)

customer issues. - Adaptability: Thrive in a
fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure. - Team Player: Work
collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to deliver
seamless customer service. - Tech Savvy: Comfortable
navigating computer systems and various software to track leads, conversions
and quotes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify
and engage potential clients across various market sectors, offering furniture
solutions that mutually benefit the clients and company. - Prepare tenders and proposals
showcasing our Furniture Division's capabilities in providing furniture design
and finishes solutions. - Build and maintain relationships
with interior designers, architects, and other professionals to facilitate
product selection and sourcing for their clients in Aged Care, Retirement,
Health, and related industries. - Collaborate with company sales
representatives to maximize sales opportunities within the broader Aidacare
client base, and assist them in building confidence in sourcing furniture sales
leads. - Identify cross-sell opportunities
for other Aidacare capital equipment and ensure the appropriate Equipment
Specialists are engaged. - Implement Aidacare's self-management
guidelines regarding time and customer contact cycles, focusing on managed
maintenance and growth. - Participate in product training to
achieve proficiency in all aspects of product knowledge. - Attend to all sales processes and
report to management regularly. - Ensure the quote entry process is
followed, and quotes/submissions are actively pursued and recorded. - Strive to achieve sales budgets and
KPIs related to gross margin.
