About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join our Customer Service team

In this position you will play an important role in Supply Chain providing quality customer service to our business customers across grocery & pharmacy channels.

You will be responsible for the handling of a high volume of customer orders, coordination of deliveries within required time frames, tracking of orders, responding to incoming requests, issue resolution, and handling customer interactions in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • SAP experience highly regarded
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high achiever with the desire to develop and grow
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to provide timely and correct information to customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment
  • Experience in working under pressure and meeting deadlines
