Do you live and breathe diesel performance? Love talking turbos, tunes, and torque with customers who share your passion? Tune Works Newcastle is looking for an experienced, driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

At Tune Works, we specialise in high-end diesel performance: ECU remapping, GTurbo upgrades, Manta exhausts, intercoolers, injectors, manual to auto conversions and custom builds for everything from daily drivers to touring rigs and to serious high-horsepower builds that push the limits. We pride ourselves on delivering premier performance with no shortcuts.


The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — on the phone, online, and in the shop.

  • Guide customers through performance upgrades & tailored packages that suit their needs
  • Prepare, present, and follow up quotes to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Coordinate seamlessly with our workshop team and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of jobs
  • Manage stock & parts requirements for upcoming bookings to keep the workflow on track
  • Upsell additional products & services where appropriate to maximise customer value
  • Build lasting customer relationships while confidently closing sales
  • Achieve sales targets with a strong focus on delivering the best customer experience

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in automotive sales or aftermarket performance parts
  • Confident talking about turbos, tunes, exhausts, and injectors (mechanical background not essential, but technical knowledge is a must)
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Results-driven and proactive in chasing leads & follow-ups
  • Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Holds a current driver's licence
