**Your New Opportunity**

Penske is a one-stop shop for sales, service and parts for _MTU_, Detroit, Allison Transmission Western Star Trucks & MAN Truck & Bus. An excellent opportunity exists for a **Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technician** to join the team at our Singleton branch.

As one of our Diesel Technicians, you will carry out service work in our start of the art workshop and work on premium brands, where you will be backed with OEM training and have the opportunity to build your skills and career. Our team of passionate and talented technicians will provide you with leadership and guidance to be your very best.

We also have Off Highway Field Service position available to join our team in carrying out maintenance and repairs on numerous MTU/Detroit Diesel products.

**About you**
- Appropriate Trade qualifications
- Previous experience working on _MTU_, Detroit Diesel, MAN Truck & Bus, Western Star Trucks and Allison Transmission products preferable
- You enjoy troubleshooting of both mechanical and electrical engine faults, and be part of a team who conduct scheduled maintenance and engine overhauls
- Willing and available to travel and engage in field service duties when required, where you will receive paid allowances
- Experience with computer based diagnostic programs will be highly regarded
- Be capable of working without supervision
- Self-motivated and able to become an active part of a great team of people
- Customer service orientated
