Commercial and Procurement Administrator

Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations – John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. We are helping our client, Sydney Water, to deliver a $34 billion dollar program over a 10 year contract, providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park

About The Opportunity
D4C is seeking a Commercial and Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic, diverse and high performing team. The primary purpose of this role will be to support the Commercial and Procurement teams, maintaining trackers and registers and ensuring vendors are compliant with client requirements. The procurement and commercial teams work collaboratively with internal and external teams to support with the successful delivery across our program.

Key Accountabilities

• Update and maintain registers and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and highlighting discrepancies for follow-up.
• Provide administrative support for financial processes, including assisting with reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and other documentation as required.
• Manage registers for key documentation, ensuring timely updates and flagging items requiring action.
• Support existing vendors in maintaining compliance and updating records as needed.
• Assist with audits, including reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Conduct data analysis to identify inactive records or areas for improvement.
• Provide general administrative support for projects, tenders, and other team activities as required.

About You

• Experience in an administrative role is desirable
• Currently studying Contract Administration or similar or willing to undertake study in this area
• High levels of computer literacy with a focus on commonly used project tools including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
• Ability to process high volumes of supplier/subcontractor matters
• Positive attitude to work and the task at hand
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, spanning both internal and external stakeholders including Clients
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
