The Data Governance and Integration Group (DGIG) core functions include leading the development of the Institute's strategies for acquiring, managing and integrating major data linkage systems, and carrying out record linkage of data sets relating to health and community services.

DGIG is responsible for delivering AIHW's integration activities covering the National Health Data Hub integrated system, the AIHW bespoke linkage program and supporting the National Disability Data Asset (NDDA).
