About the Role:
The Customer Care Specialist is a versatile professional who places customers at the forefront of their responsibilities, providing comprehensive service administrative support, exceptional customer service, and valuable sales support across Australia, Korea and India. This role ensures seamless collaboration between Sales, Service and other internal functions. Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage.
In addition, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Service Administration and Sales Order Processing
• Act as a single point of contact between Sales/Customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Bench Service Engineers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Process Sales and Service Orders using SAP
• Schedule and monitor bench service activities via Salesforce
• Follow up on Purchase Orders and manage invoicing for Service and Repairs
• Handle sales order processing and order management
• Managing emails and customer communications
• Answer and route phone calls from customers and sales representatives
Loan and Demonstration Equipment Coordination
• Support Logistics with loan equipment escalations and demo unit placements
• Assist with shipping processes and documentation for customers and internal teams
• Resolve discrepancies identified through integrity reporting

You will contribute to company's success by offering a proactive, results driven and customer-focused approach. Additionally, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience, track record in customer service or administration support
- Proven track record of partnering with commercial teams to drive results
- Hands-on experience using SAP and Salesforce
Skills / Core Competencies
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Technical aptitude – ability to understand market application and use of Evident equipment
- Effective time management and job scheduling skills
- Team player with proactive approach
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Personal Attributes
- Highly organized and able to manage workload independently
- Professional & pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Language Skills
- Fluent in English is required
- Korean language proficiency is preferred
