is a privately owned company that is rapidly expanding into the Healthcare sector and is a leading supplier of equipment into the Hospital, Aged Care and Community Markets.

Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused person to join as a
Product Specialist
.

You will be responsible to:

  • Develop professional relationships and active communication with all new and existing customers, partner organisations and external parties, including medical and allied health personnel, government bodies, non-government, and community organisations
  • Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques to monitor competition
  • Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints
  • Lead/participate in continuous process and quality improvement projects as required
  • Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales

  • Demonstration of Disability / Home Care / Aged Care / Hospital equipment to Occupational Therapist, new & existing customer or when required
  • Undertake ongoing personal development and technical training as required
  • Undertake any additional administration/office duties as directed or required.

The successful candidate must have the following qualities:

  • Valid Driving License
  • Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Power point Presentations, Excel

Desirable:

  • Mobility Equipment Specialist
  • Working with Occupational Therapist
  • NDIS / Home Care / Private Clients
  • Disability / Medical background
