MINE/EXPLORATION FIELD PERSONNEL

Do you have mining or exploration experience as a Field Assistant, Leading Hand, Senior Field Assistant or Field Supervisor? Are you looking for a challenge and want to further your experience in the industry?

We have multiple positions to suit your preferences

Our clients offer:

  • Various rosters such as 8/6, 9/5, 2/1, 12/9, 15/13, 2/2;
  • Competitive rates of pay plus Superannuation;
  • Contract, on-going, fixed term, or permanent roles.

The successful candidates will have the following:

  • Previous experience in similar roles;
  • Mine/Exploration field experience;
  • AC, RC and Diamond sampling and processing experience;
  • Experience in all aspects of drilling programs including preparation and rehabilitation of drill sites;
  • Computer literacy and proficient with GPS equipment.
  • Experience in training and leading a team (Senior or Supervisor roles);
  • Cert IV in OHS (desirable for Senior or Supervisor roles).

You must have minimum site entry requirements:

  • Current manual Driver's license;
  • Senior First Aid Certificate;
  • 4 Wheel driving experience (training course certificate preferred);
  • Valid National Police Clearance;
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen;
  • The right to work in Australia.

Applicants should possess a mature work attitude, the ability to work in a team environment and have a willingness to work in a variety of locations some of which may be remote. Good communication skills and a strong commitment to health and safety practices and procedures are essential.
