Base: $110,000 (Pro-Rata) + Super + Performance Bonuses

OTE: $200,000 - $210,000 (Pro-Rata) + Super

The Opportunity

We're seeking an engaging, articulate, and empathetic communicator to join our team as a Specialist Client Development Manager. You don't need a background in tax or superannuation; we'll teach you that. What matters most is your ability to think critically, learn new concepts quickly, and communicate them clearly to others.

You'll be part of a small, purposeful business where your work makes a real difference to the futures of our clients by enabling them to make confident, well-informed decisions about their retirement.

What You'll Do

• Speak with clients who come to us as referrals and who have expressed interest in learning about putting a property into a Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) as part of their retirement planning
• Explain key concepts in simple, engaging, and ethical ways. We will provide full training and relevant tools
• Follow up with clients to ensure documentation and next steps are on track
• Build trusting relationships through regular communication and thoughtful follow-up
• Collaborate with a young, energetic team who value honesty, curiosity, and doing the right thing
• Use your diverse skills, knowledge and experience to contribute to projects, training and the ongoing growth and success of the company

About You

You might have had a professional career and are now looking for meaningful, flexible part-time work that keeps you intellectually engaged and connected. You enjoy learning, communicating, and helping others make sense of complex ideas.

You bring:

• A university degree (any field — we value thinkers, not just specialists)
• Excellent communication skills — spoken and written
• Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning new concepts
• A calm, reassuring presence and strong sense of ethics
• Comfort with using digital tools (email, online meetings, simple CRM systems)
• A few hours each day (or a few days a week) to dedicate to purposeful, flexible work
