We are de Lune, a Melbourne-based architectural builder delivering complex renovations, new builds and fit-outs. We're a process-driven, detail-focused team, passionate about design, quality, planning, and execution. Our pipeline is strong, and we're looking for the right people to join us on the journey.

The Standards Are Clear

Must Have:

• Previous experience running architecturally designed residential projects.
• Experience as qualified carpenter.
• Strong comprehension of building details, codes, and processes.
• Ability to manage carpentry teams and subcontractors with clear communication.
• Confidence using email and online software/checklists for RFI's, daily logs, QA, programs etc.

Should Have

• Renovation experience.
• A desire to learn, grow, and step into leadership.

Could Have

• Ambition to become a registered builder or step into an office-based construction manager role.
• Commercial project experience is an advantage.

Won't Have

• Tolerance for chaos or unorganised building sites. At de Lune, systems and quality control matter.

What Success Looks Like

Your primary outcome is to own your job site, and you will:

• Run day-to-day site operations with autonomy and clarity.
• Oversee quality control and ensure details are resolved early and as per the design intent.
• Manage trades, labour allocations and project programs with precision.
• Complete quality control checklists and site safety walks.
• Ensure the site is safe, compliant, and client-ready at all times.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting so the wider team can support you.
