We are a leading financial advisory firm based in Victoria, Australia, known for providing high-quality, tailored financial advice to our clients. We are expanding our technical team and are looking for an experienced and highly capable XPlan & SOA Specialist to join us remotely from India.

The Opportunity:

This is a key role for a skilled paraplanner who is ready to work independently and take full ownership of their work. We're looking for an expert who can confidently take a financial adviser's notes and, with minimal help, produce a comprehensive and accurate Statement of Advice (SOA).

You will be a crucial part of our team, entrusted with your own XPlan access and the responsibility to prepare a wide variety of financial plans. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking for a role with real responsibility, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently prepare a diverse range of Statements of Advice (SOAs) using our XPlan software.
  • Report superannuation rollovers and consolidations from all types of funds.
  • Structure advice for all types of superannuation contributions.
  • Ensure all advice documents are 100% compliant with Australian financial services regulations (including Best Interest Duty).
  • Work closely with our Australian-based financial advisers and paraplanners to clarify information and ensure the quality of all documents.
  • Handle any financial planning scenario required within our XPlan system with confidence and accuracy.

Core Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable):

Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience as a Paraplanner for an Australian financial planning business.
  • Proven ability to write clear, compliant, and accurate Statements of Advice for a variety of client situations.

Technical & Platform Skills

  • Expert-level, practical skills in XPlan with the ability to handle any task independently.
  • Demonstrated experience with a diverse range of Australian superannuation and investment platforms.
  • Proficiency in processing superannuation rollovers, implementing contribution instructions, setting up income streams, and executing portfolio rebalancing.
