Paraplanning Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Paraplanning Support Specialist to provide strategic advice and support to our team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Advisers, Partners, Associate Advisers, and in-house specialists to develop investment strategies and achieve optimal client outcomes.

  • The Paraplanning Support Specialist will work collaboratively with the team to formulate advice and investment strategies.
  • Responsibilities include generating tailored advice documents within agreed time frames and service standards.
  • The specialist will prepare financial calculations, modelling, and detailed cash flow analysis.
  • Additionally, they will contribute to effective risk and compliance management through ensuring appropriate measures, controls, and activities are taken to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A DFP or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of paraplanning experience is required.
  • Previous experience with XPLAN financial planning software is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing investment and strategic reviews, including superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams, and cash flow modelling.
