Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding accounting and financial planning practice based in the heart of Melbourne. Known for their strong client relationships and integrated service offering, they're on a mission to help clients thrive financially while remaining compliant.

As a key member of the advisory support team, you'll work closely with two experienced Financial Advisers to help deliver tailored wealth strategies to a diverse portfolio of clients. From implementation through to ongoing client care, this is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

What You'll be Doing

  • Implementing a range of advice strategies including Superannuation, Investments, SMSF, Pensions, and Insurance
  • Supporting Advisers during client reviews, compiling reports and strategy packs
  • Managing investment transactions, trades, and portfolio rebalances in AdviserLogic
  • End-to-end support for personal insurance applications
  • Ensuring documentation and compliance is accurate and up to standard
  • Preparing SOA execution packs and maintaining all client files
  • Handling client queries related to investments and platform administration

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Financial Planning, or similar
  • Experience in a paraplanning, associate adviser, or advice implementation role
  • Confident user of AdviserLogic, XPLAN or similar platforms
  • Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail
