**POSITION**:
A** Operations Manager **position has now become available due to company growth which will join the large team based in Melbourne.
- Responsible for the development of the management teams across the Admin, Service and Parts & Warehouse Divisions.
- Multiple direct and indirect reports including:

- Workshop & Parts Managers
- Service Technicians, Diesel Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Service Coordinators, Parts Interpreters
- Responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of current and potential business systems
- Join the Senior Leadership Team to ensure seamless service and product delivery metrics are established and upheld
- Report key metrics for the region and implement necessary responses.
- Oversee branch administration and facility management.
- Promote continuous improvement of safety across the region.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

- Proven track record of running national operations achieving growth across multiple branches and divisions of a business. (Essential)
- If you have relatable industry experience to Earthmoving or Construction (Desirable)
- Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
- High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken.
- Technical knowledge of heavy construction machinery.
- Trade background or relevant qualification.
