About the practice:

Modern, sophisticated, multi-site practice with strong emphasis on data privacy, digital tools, email communication and CRM.  Quiet office environment. Face-to-face and Telehealth service. Low visitors numbers at the premises. Specialists, GPs, and allied health. 

Paperless private billing practice. Best Practice software, our own server, cyber safety safeguards and staff training which make your work interesting and edge-cutting.

Gold Coast office is close to beach, shopping centre, main roads and public transport. Our strong multidisciplinary team of ~20 support professional clients and career-pursuing students, caring for their health with high standards of excellence.

About the role:

Experience of working in a GP, allied health and paediatrics practice is essential.

Following simple instructions and company policies to the tee is the key of your success with us.

Competence in Best Practice software, Medicare billing and confidence working independently, with high-volume email correspondence. 

Managing patients bookings and billings for doctors and allied health. Supporting telehealth and face-to-face doctors and allied health consultations.

Running busy email communication with patients and electronic health records.

Customer-facing role, friendly interpersonal style, caring for your doctors and for your patients who often do not have a lot of patience, working as a team and having fun together, when possible.

Professional growth and development are provided.

High level of command and written English is essential.

Fluent Chinese and/or Cantonese is a bonus.
