ADHD-BED Integrated is an internationally recognized team of experts based in Australia, the UK, and Canada, providing comprehensive support for patients and their families. We specialize in the management of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Binge-Eating, and other Eating Disorders, as well as related co-morbidities such as addiction, personality disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and impulse control disorders. Our approach is holistic, ensuring that all aspects of our patients' needs are addressed.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Administration Assistant located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Medical Administration Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, handling phone calls, and providing executive administrative support. This role requires effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals while ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Relevant certifications or training in medical administration are advantageous
