We're looking for an exceptional Head of Brand, Content & Campaigns to join our leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic brand leadership with performance-driven marketing, taking ownership of how Law Partners shows up in the market — consistently, credibly, and with impact.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for protecting and evolving our brand while leading the development of integrated campaigns that directly support client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

This hands-on, strategic leadership role will see you managing a talented in-house team and key agency partners to deliver brand consistency, creative excellence, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Integrity

  • Uphold and evolve the Law Partners brand across all client and internal touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on brand application and tone.
  • Act as a brand advocate — reinforcing the link between brand integrity and commercial success.

Content & Campaigns

  • Develop a content strategy that drives thought leadership, demand generation, and client engagement.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensure messaging and creative execution align with brand strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital on performance delivery, channel optimisation, and campaign reporting.
  • Take full ownership of non-digital campaigns and ensure seamless alignment between digital and traditional marketing.

Performance & Commercial Impact

  • Align marketing strategy with the firm's growth and revenue objectives.
  • Own key performance metrics — including pipeline contribution, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate brand and campaign performance into clear commercial outcomes.
  • Support business development with compelling marketing assets that drive conversion and retention.

Reputation & Market Positioning

  • Monitor and manage the firm's reputation across social channels, review sites, and industry forums.
  • Develop and deliver a proactive PR and communications plan to enhance visibility and sentiment.
  • Measure and report on brand health and campaign impact.

Competitor & Market Insights

  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform content, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team of 4–5 professionals focused on creative production and content partnerships.
  • Set clear goals and foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Oversee workflows, budgets, and external relationships to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

You're an experienced marketing leader who knows how to balance brand strategy with performance marketing — and you're passionate about building brands that people trust. You can move comfortably between strategy and execution, inspiring teams while delivering tangible results.

You'll bring:

  • Proven track record in brand, content, and performance-driven marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with commercial acumen.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Ability to interpret data and market insights to shape strategy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing marketing teams.
