About the role:
As the
Brand, Sponsorship & Community Coordinator
you will join an inclusive team, and play a key role in delivering a range of operational tasks designed to enhance our brand's visibility and ensure our sponsorship assets are fully leveraged. Additionally, you'll contribute to broader initiatives such as organic social media content, building community partnerships, and supporting key Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Community Impact programs.
This position will be offered as a part-time 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the development and execution of our overarching brand strategy
- Assisting in the rollout of our enterprise-wide community sponsorship framework
- Helping coordinate the annual People First Community Lottery
- Providing general team support, including processing invoices and purchase orders
- Collaborating across departments to activate our brand through sponsorships and community engagement
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with the ongoing development and implementation of our overarching brand strategy
- Assist with the implementation of the enterprise-wide community sponsorship framework
- Assist with the facilitation of the annual People First Community Lottery
- Provide administrative assistant to the team such as actioning invoicing and purchase order requests
- Actively engage with teams across the organisation to bring to life our brand through our sponsorships and community activities
About You
You have sound experience within a similar role where you have demonstrated a proactive, 'can-do' attitude to everything you do. You're adept at managing a busy workload with competing priorities and are known for your reliability and collaborative spirit. Your ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders sets you apart, and you're always ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

- Ability to work flexible hours to support sponsorship events that take place outside of standard business hours
- Willingness to travel from time to time to support events

Location:
This role can be based from either our Adelaide or Toowoomba Head Office locations or from our Brisbane CBD Office.
