At Pacific Motor Group, we are seeking a highly motivated, organised individual to join our diverse and established administration team.
If you are an admin guru who pays attention to detail, is adapt at problem solving and critical thinking and have the ability to multitask then this is the role for you
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience with the following;
-
Processing of delivered sales deals in a timely and accurate manner
-
Registering vehicles and liaising with the Department of Transport
-
Reconciliations of accounts
-
Receipting vehicle invoices
-
General administrative duties as required
-
First point of contact as our "Director of First impressions" - Answering calls to our dealerships either on the phone or in person.
Skills & Experience
-
Retail Automotive dealership experience (ideal)
-
Auto IT Dealer Management System experience is advantageous
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise urgent tasks
-
Excellent communication and team player
-
Accreditation with the Department of Transport/Registration experience is essential.
