Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team as a Practice Officer. This exciting role will involve supporting the delivery of critical mental health services.

The successful candidate will have experience in administrative and operational support within a health or government service delivery environment. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service and reception support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the administrative requirements of referrals, group programs, and workshops.
  • First point of escalation for external provider and client enquiries.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new staff and contractors.
  • Assist in financial and office management, including processing invoices, arranging travel, and managing IT or property needs.
  • Maintain data integrity and contribute to quality assurance, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizen
  • Current or ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration or a Working with Children Check, as required in your state or territory.
  • Experience in administrative and operational support within a health or government service delivery environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
