The Role

We are seeking a warm, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a professional setting, and wants to grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage client appointments
  • Assist with office administration, filing, and document preparation
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment

About You

  • Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous reception or office administration experience preferred (but not essential)
