About the role: 

Reporting to the Office Coordinator | Executive Assistant, some of your duties for the role will include:

  • Recording and entering all nursing & midwifery staff sick leave into ProAct Rostering System relaying information to staffing coordinator and appropriate clinical areas
  • Providing After Hours EMR Ward Clerk support
  • Responding to complex inquiries from all staff groups, patients, visitors, external professional groups and other institutions and agencies including Nursing Agencies in a courteous manner
  • Ensure all telephone and/or over the counter enquiries are responded to promptly ad effectively
  • Transferring data from Electronic Variation Timesheet to ProAct Rostering System
  •  

About you:

  • Experience in use of computers and software applications including word processing and electronic mail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people in a verbal and written manner
  • Interpersonal skills consistent with providing high quality customer service and the trust and cooperation of others
  • Experience in establish and maintaining appropriate records and filing systems
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
