Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain departmental procedures, operational manuals, and filing systems in accordance with organisational records management standards
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including correspondence drafting, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and maintenance of stationery supplies
- Process and track building services invoicing, resolve payment discrepancies, and prepare financial documentation for cross-charging arrangements
- Manage facilities databases, coordinate maintenance requests, and prepare reports on key performance indicators
- Coordinate energy management information systems including mandatory government reporting and annual compliance requirements
- Serve as primary contact point for building service requests, providing timely responses to telephone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
