The Role
We're looking for a proven
National Account Manager
to grow with us.
This isn't a maintenance role — it's a
growth
role, with clear pathways into senior management.
You'll own our biggest retail partners (Priceline, Chemist Warehouse, Terry White Chemmart) and be the driving force behind retail strategy, sell-in, and new partnership opportunities.
What you'll do
- Own and grow Chemist Warehouse, Priceline and Terry White Chemmart
- Build strategy and sales plans for each retailer
- Develop and pitch category stories, growth strategies + white space opportunities
- Lead range reviews, submissions and NPD sell-ins
- Own promotional planning & trade investment
- Partner cross-functionally to execute flawlessly in-store and online
- Manage forecasting, demand planning and S&OP inputs
- Analyse sales velocity, ROAS impact, share and competitor activity
- Turn data into compelling sell-in stories
- Negotiate trade terms, spend, funding and activation support
- Drive alignment between Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain
What you bring
- 3+ years in National / Key Account Management (beauty, FMCG or pharmacy)
- Proven success with Priceline and/or Chemist Warehouse
- Degree in Commerce, Business or similar (valued)
- Strong commercial + analytical mindset (Circana / IQVIA a plus)
- Deep understanding of P&L, margin levers, pricing and promo ROI
- Strategic, proactive, fast-moving and commercially sharp
- Energy, pace, accountability, ownership
