About the Role

The Geelong Tech School, hosted by The Gordon, is seeking a STEM Program Facilitator to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge STEM programs for secondary school students and teachers.

Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing and delivering innovative STEM programs aligned with industry needs and school curriculum.
  • Leading engaging, hands-on projects bringing emerging technologies to life for students.
  • Building teacher capability through professional development programs to inspire confidence in STEM education.
  • Collaborating with schools, industry partners and community organisations to create meaningful learning experiences.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence at Geelong Tech School.

About You:

You're passionate about STEM and love inspiring others to think big and innovate. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy sharing ideas and have the confidence to lead engaging learning experiences. Most importantly, you're excited about shaping the future of education and helping students discover what's possible.

You bring:

  • A strong background in STEM education and genuine expertise in at least one STEM subject.
  • Experience working as part of a team and contributing to shared goals.
  • Current VIT registration.
  • Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Teaching or Education.
  • Proven ability to design curriculum and engage students (primary or secondary).
  • Curiosity and adaptability — no need to master every STEM field; we'll help you learn the rest

Salary Range:

PACCT Level  8 - $109,738 - $115,581 + Superannuation
