Due to growth in the business, this full time role - located in our Stylish State of the Art Robina Office within the Pre-Site team - will see you providing administrative support; establishing and maintaining accurate documentation in order to assist in meeting customer's expectations. Whilst liaising with the team as a whole and external suppliers for documentation/orders.
Reporting to the Workflow Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Issuing Preliminary and Building Contracts in agreed timeframes
- Accept and counter sign Building Contracts in agreed timeframes
- Prepare Preliminary and Building Contracts 'Essential Information' document based on workflow memo from drafting and estimating
- Ensure 'Essential Information' provides all relevant information to the Sales Consultant and customer
- Projects as nominated by Permits Manager
- Adhere to company procedures for the contracts functions
- Provide an action plan for resolution of any issues from customers arising and follow up with your team to ensure each issue is addressed

The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a time critical working environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Building Regulations and Rescode would be an advantage
- Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process would be an advantage
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment
- Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills;
- Some experience in using database systems is an added advantage; and
- A GREAT ATTITUDE
