Are you wanting to make a difference and live locally in Yeppoon?

We are looking for a reliable Disability Mentor with experience to join our team that supports NDIS participants with psychosocial needs.

The individual we are seeking will have experience in the mental health sector with a background in supporting participants with presentations including schizophrenia, ASD, psychosis and anxiety.

Must be fit as walking involved during the shift.

Shifts Availability

Day Shifts – Monday 2.00pm to 4.00pm and Thursday 11.30am to 1.30pm

Location: Yeppoon

What You'll Do:

Support daily routines and meal preparation

Assist with community access

Encourage independence and work toward life goals

Build respectful, trust-based relationships

About You:

Experience supporting individuals with a range of psychosocial needs

Strong communicator, calm and compassionate

Full work rights in Australia

Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Cert. III in Individual Support (desirable)
