The Role

As an
Associate Director,
you'll partner with Australia's top-tier brands across tech, retail and services, tackling juicy challenges – big and small.

You'll build trusted client relationships, get under the skin of their business, and bring energy and creativity to every brief.

About You

You'll thrive here if you're a driven, curious, and commercially minded quant thinker who loves to turn complexity into clarity.

  • 6–8 years' experience in strategic insights (quant)
  • Solid agency experience in full-service research
  • Strong methodological grounding and cross-industry perspective
  • Advanced quant analysis & structured problem-solving skills
  • Natural storytelling flair and attention to detail
  • A growth mindset and appetite to help shape a growing business
