A leading tier 2 Civil and FM Group, now seeks a new Victorian Manager to lead their business services across Asphalt and Paving. Their clients are both tier one road and civil companies, as well as direct clients across Local and State Government. With ongoing growth, they are seeking to expand their services into other markets.
Reporting to the GM – Road Services, you will manage a team of 30 staff, with an Operations Manager leading the day2day service delivery. You will work to grow the business, engage with clients and stakeholders, drive commercial growth and innovation, building upon the good work done by the incumbent.
Ideally you have led blue collar constriction, civil or related teams, and understand the work dynamics of operationally delivering services on a wide geography, to multiple clients and customers. The role is based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, with regular travel to meet and engage with your teams and wider stakeholders.
Your balance of planning, commercial and growth, and overseeing the quality and work performance of your teams is a key requirement. Career growth is available as the business operates in multiple markets and across the country.
