We currently have an exciting opportunity in our North Sydney office for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the team ensuring all day-to-day admin operations are completed accurately and efficiently and providing a clear pathway for career development within insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the department to provide quality customer services which are designed to fulfil client's needs.
- Perform routine administrative tasks and support the general operations of the organisation by assisting staff and management.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of call and direct to correct staff or department.
- Effective processing of Closings, Endorsements, Claims Histories, and Certificates of Currency
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested
The ideal candidate will be:
- 2 + years in a similar role
- Experience in insurance is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organised
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
