Your Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director, Legal Services - Commercial. In this pivotal role, you'll manage high-volume, high-value, and high-risk property transactions that are critical to EDQ. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex legal matters while providing clear and accurate performance reporting to seniormanagement. Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex, high-volume property transactions from start to finish.
• Provide expert conveyancing advice and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to achieve seamless outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and maintain up-to-date contract precedents.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of REIQ contracts, PEXA, and Queensland Land Titles Office procedures.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
