Your Role

The Senior Project Officer ensures compliance with HR policies, provides leadership and supports the delivery of efficient, customer-focused HR services. You will have strong knowledge of HR operations, policy development and recruitment processes while supporting the HR staff across the Digital Innovation Division.

Your Responsibilities

As the Senior Project Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and promote HR activities and provide executive support.
  • Lead and chair monthly HR Working Group meetings.
  • Develop, review and maintain HR guidelines, standards and programs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Human Resources staff across the Division.
  • Deliver training and effective communication on HR initiatives.
  • Oversee role descriptions, establishment management, and organisational charts.
  • Support recruitment processes, including documentation and compliance checks.
