Responsibilities

  • Proven success in leading and executing large-scale, strategic transformation programs, including but not limited to financial and benefits management, governance, and agile practices, leading large cross functional teams.
  • Strong project delivery capabilities from initiation to post-implementation.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, risk frameworks, and critical infrastructure protection.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on optimizing spend and maximizing business value.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting to executive committees.
  • Familiarity with vendor management in both time/material and outcome-based models.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management or related discipline (preferred).
  • Demonstrated high performance in similar leadership roles.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act and its implications for Telecommunications and critical infrastructure entities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including governance, reporting, and assurance obligations under SOCI.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks relevant to critical infrastructure (e.g. PSPF, ISM, NIST, ISO
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, resilience, and continuity obligations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and threat preparedness.
  • Experience integrating regulatory and compliance requirements into project delivery planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage and interpret regulatory guidance, audits, and assurance activities, and translate them into clear delivery actions.
  • Understanding of data management and information security practices, with emphasis on protecting critical infrastructure assets.
