Branch Managers are pivotal to our success. They cultivate our culture, drive sales, and deliver top-notch customer service. As the heartbeat of our branch, you'll often be the first point of contact for our customers at Instant Windscreens.

We're seeking a caring and motivated individual with:
- Experience in the automotive industry or the automotive glass industry is desired.
- The capability to manage our branch booking schedule to ensure customer satisfaction.
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
- Exceptional communication skills, both with staff and customers
- The ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Strong management skills to oversee local stock, assets, and staff effectively.
