two experienced Senior Speech Pathologists
to join our passionate team at our
Cannington, WA branch

About the Role

As a
Senior Speech Pathologist
, you will:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
  • Provide family and caregiver education to support therapy outside the clinic.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child.
  • Collaborate with a
    multidisciplinary team
    (OT, Psych, BSP) to deliver holistic care.
  • Mentor and support junior therapists and therapy assistants.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and evidence-based practices.
  • Document progress accurately and ensure compliance with NDIS and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders

Strong experience in developing and implementing individualised treatment plans

Ability to provide education and ongoing support to families and caregivers

Comfortable working in a
collaborative multidisciplinary environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

A Degree in Speech Pathology
(Bachelors / Masters)

Current
SPA membership


Experience in paediatric therapy highly regarded

Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience (preferred)
