The Role

  • Managing team activities as part of the wider Disputes Branch.
  • Supporting management and staff to ensure efficient and effective complaint resolution.
  • Assisting the Complaints Manager to manage the resources of the team.
  • Assessing and investigating complex complaints.
  • Preparing reports with recommendations.
