**The Role**:
The responsibilities of the successful Accounts Officer will include:

- Monitoring and maintaining customer information
- Invoice production
- Processing supplier invoices
- Receipting and allocation of payments
- Inputting and processing journal entries
- Assisting with month end close
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Monitoring customer accounts for delayed payments

**Benefit**:

**Salary/Package**:
70,000 + super - $80,000 + super

**Location Company Type**:
Cannington based Office Location and Competitive Compensation

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience in an Accounts Officer role spanning at least three years.
- Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel and exposure to multiple accounting platforms - MYOB desirable but not essential
- Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
