About the role:

OSS End-to-End Architect

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced OSS & End-to-End Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and integration of complex telecom systems.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the telecom domain, particularly OSS/BSS systems, network

orchestration, and service assurance, and will be able to translate business and network requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture across OSS, BSS, and Network layers for strategic transformation programs.
• Collaborate with network engineering, operations, and delivery teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Design and document architecture frameworks, service flows, and integration patterns (Order Management,
• Service Fulfillment, Inventory, Assurance, etc.).
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and APIs for OSS transformation and network automation.
• Provide technical leadership in RFP responses, design reviews, and implementation governance.
• Support migration strategies from legacy OSS systems to modern platforms (TM Forum-based, microservices, cloud-native).
• Ensure non-functional requirements like scalability, performance, security, and reliability are met.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Telecom IT with strong focus on OSS architecture and design.
• Hands-on experience with OSS domains: Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Orchestration, Network Management.
• Proven expertise in End-to-End Solution Architecture across BSS, OSS, and Network layers.
• Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (TAM, eTOM, SID, Open APIs).
• Experience with microservices, cloud-native, or containerized architectures.
• Strong understanding of 5G, IP, Optical, SDN/NFV, and Network Automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Australian Telcos preferred.
• Good to Have Exposure to ServiceNow, Amdocs, Netcracker, or Ericsson OSS platforms.
• Certifications in TOGAF, TM Forum, or Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and API-based integration.
