Location: Cremorne, Melbourne VIC (directly next to East Richmond Station. No on-site parking available)

Type: Full-time, permanent, on-site, Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm (WFH 1 day per week post-probation)

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)

The Role

We're not looking for a cookie-cutter HR admin person. We're looking for someone with energy, heart, and that "I'll figure it out" attitude. Someone who loves creating order, supporting people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes – because you know the small stuff is the big stuff.

Reporting to our HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will play a central role in supporting our People & Culture function across all four Infinity offices (Cremorne, Southport, Norwest and Wollongong). You'll work closely with our Head of People & Culture, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Talent Team to keep everything moving – accurately, professionally, and with a whole lot of care.

This is a brand-new, business-critical role created as our P&C team evolves and expands nationally. You'll have exposure to a broad mix of HR work – from onboarding and engagement to compliance, safety, admin and general support for projects across the year. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administration support across the full employee lifecycle
• Assist the Talent Team with contracts, employment checks, onboarding, candidate coordination and new starter preparation
• Support workplace health & safety processes including incident reporting, registers, inductions and basic compliance
• Assist in coordinating engagement and culture-building activities across all offices
• Maintain employee records, HR systems and data with accuracy and confidentiality

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

• 2 years' + experience in a HR Coordinator role in Australia (mandatory)
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• A proactive communicator who loves supporting people and building relationships
• Someone who is comfortable juggling multiple tasks (and doing it with a smile)
• Strong admin, system and documentation capability
• Comfortable passing a National Police Check and a Credit History check

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in HR within financial services, property, or professional services
• Exposure to Zoho CRM, Employment Hero and Checkmate
