Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or related role
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
