Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Human Resources Advisor will provide national support to our teams by:
- Facilitating low-volume recruitment, onboarding, training, career development and termination procedures;
- Providing general advice to Managers and Employees;
- Guiding Managers through performance-related and/or coaching conversations;
- Leading wellbeing, social and employee engagement activities;
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of assigned initiatives in line with the HR strategy (ie, , Mental Health and more);
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of learning and development initiatives such as online training, the Group Emerging Leaders Program and business-supported Certifications;
- Assisting with the configuration, optimisation and maintenance of our HRIS (EmploymentHero);
- Completing intermediate HR administration including HR analytics reporting, remuneration analysis, writing employment agreements, resolving payroll queries, reviewing performance appraisal outcomes and other project-related needs; and
- Working closely with the Human Resources team to keep abreast of employment trends and innovations; providing recommendations and establishing new initiatives where required.

However, you must have:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR together with a minimum of two years' experience in a generalist HR role;
- Knowledge of Modern Awards and employment legislation;
- Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills;
- Intermediate employment relations and experience;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- An action-oriented, organised and adaptable work style;
- A strong level of commitment to the wider business teams and your role; and
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate both professionally and casually;
