The Opportunity

We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our passionate Human Resources (HR) team. This role is

perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in

delivering exceptional HR support in a purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do

You'll be the heartbeat of our HR operations, supporting our team and leaders across the full

employee lifecycle. Your day-to-day will include:


• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes


• Preparing employment contracts, variations, and HR documentation


• Maintaining and improving our HR systems and employee records


• Supporting HR reporting, compliance, and policy development


• Providing first-level advice on HR policies, Awards, and legislation


• Championing our values of empathy, respect, inclusion, and empowerment in everything

you do

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — from onboarding new team members to

streamlining systems and helping us continuously improve how we support our people.

About You

You're a people person who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others.

You'll also have:


• Experience in HR administration, coordination, or a similar role


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities


• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information


• A qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
