Ninja Allied Health is an award winning allied health provider founded by two Occupational Therapists. We support every therapist on our team and deliver personalised services in clinic, in the community and via telehealth. Our commitment is to make a substantial, positive difference in people's lives.
At Ninja Allied Health, we've always believed that our work goes beyond simply providing therapy, it's about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Role DescriptionWe're particularly passionate about supporting the next generation of allied health practitioners. That's why we've developed a 12-month programme specifically designed for new graduates like you. This programme was created in collaboration with our current new graduates and reflects our own experiences when we were in your position. Our aim is to make your transition from academic life to clinical practice as smooth as possible. We want to help you build the skills, gain the experience, and develop the confidence needed to thrive in your career and find fulfilment in the impact you make each day.
As a future Ninja, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and communication, to help you discover your strengths. You will work with both NDIS and private participants, and you'll be supported by our team of Occupational Therapists. We believe that hands-on experience, paired with the right guidance, is the key to becoming a well-rounded and effective therapist.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated, evidence based care
We're committed to providing an environment where you can grow, learn, and ultimately, make a difference. We look forward to possibly welcoming you into our team and helping you embark on a rewarding and impactful career in speech pathology.
