Customer Care Consultant

The role Customer Care Consultant is responsible for providing personalised and timely help to Angle Auto customers in moments that matter. This means connecting with the customer and providing personalised service, building trust by being open and honest, listening and understanding their situation.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contribute to innovation and continuous improvement to improve quality, efficiency, risk, and compliance outcomes by working closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation.
Manage record keeping and quality of data input.
Provide administrative process assistance to relevant teams.
Contribute to our customer service experience through innovation, productivity and efficiency to drive a customer focused culture to improve the customer experience.
Proactively manage service and provide documents requested for Payout Letters, Statements, Finalisation Letters, Amortisation Schedules, Copy of Contracts etc.
Service existing customers account maintenance enquiries for update address, phone number, bank account details etc.
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business or similar is beneficial, but not essential.
Prior experience in a customer focused role – retail, contact centre etc.
Strong typing skill, speed and accuracy combined with strong email etiquette.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly developed and professional interpersonal skills, including strong relationship development skills.
Ability to connect with customers, build a relationship and lead the conversation to the right solution.
