**_CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT: $65K BASE PLUS SUPER: REGENTS PARK_**

PERSOLKELLY has a brilliant opportunity for a Customer Care Consultant looking to expand their experience and join a welcoming, dynamic, and impactful team. Our client is a multiple award-winning Australian air conditioning supplier of premium residential and commercial systems.

**_About you:_**

You will be an experienced customer service professional with a strong customer focus as well as organization skills. You will be a proactive and possesses the ability to co-operate well with others.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in addition to working collaboratively with several internal teams to help 'make it happen'.

Further to the above, this includes providing best-in-class customer service to the client's B2B customers and communicating with Sales, Supply-Chain and 3PL teams to fast-track customer needs. The role will involve dealing with quote-to-cash orders, tracking customer orders to fulfillment, managing customer enquiries as well as customer cases to resolution, acting as back-up support to your customer care colleagues and undertaking Adhoc administrative taks when required.
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Understanding of customer service best practice standards, supply-chain, warehouse and logistics processes
- Experience with ERP systems such as Navision, SAP or JD Edwards
- Customer and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Superb communication, conflict resolution and complaint management skills
- Demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking and time management skills paired with attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are highly regarded
