About The Role
Formitize is looking to grow our Professional Services Team. Our Professional Services Managers play a key role in the successful setup, implementation and training of our clients. As a PSM you will be very hands on with both new clients onboarding and existing clients who are expanding their interaction with Formitize. The Professional Services Team also provide our client training services via virtual, inhouse and onsite sessions. The PSM team is supported by our Production and Engineering Teams to deliver incredible client solutions.
About You
Ideally, you will have a thorough working knowledge of Formitize or a similar software product. You will have strong organisational and communication skills both verbal and written. You will be capable of preparing Client Proposals, delivering virtual and face to face training sessions. You will be prepared when requed to travel to client locations to deliver the training and onboarding sessions.
