ACT Line Marking Pty Ltd is a company operating as a line marking and sign installation contractor in the ACT and NSW.

We are seeking a Works Coordinator who will oversee the effective and efficient delivery of linemarking.

  • Manage staff and resources in implementing line marking work.
  • Provide effective collaboration and flexibility in working with the other Coordinators to deliver the works efficiently.
  • Liaise with the other Works Coordinators and the Superintendent of Works to plan, organise and supervise works.
  • Ensure works assigned to outdoor staff and contractors are constructed in accordance with approved designs, industry standards and within budget. 
  • Ensure outdoor staff and contractors use safe work methods.
  • Ensure prompt, clear, and effective communication with clients, including timely updates on service requests.
  • Proactively manage urgent events, keeping clients informed of any potential delays or issues.
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality customer service, working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Build and maintain solid working relationships with management, project managers, and client representatives.
  • Initiate and action customer service requests for order changes, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information files.
