The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened for a  'Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator'  to join their dynamic Canberra team. If you've got a solid background in project coordination and contract administration within the Building and Construction industry, this could be your next big career move

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting the Project Manager with project documentation and admin
  • Completing quality assurance and control (QA/QC) records
  • Coordinating trades, suppliers, and sub-contractors
  • Handling quantity take-offs and procurement tasks
  • Attending and contributing to project meetings
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts
  • Managing project variations
  • Processing payment claims, including progress claims and processing invoices

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator or similar role in the Building & Construction sector (Essential)
  • Construction White Card (Essential)
  • Current National Police Check (Essential)
  • Experience on defence-related projects and/or defence clearance is a bonus, but not required
