What We're Looking For

An experienced Chef who can be inventive with pizza, share passion for authenticity, and help lead kitchen operations in our fast-paced, energetic venue.

Key Responsibilities What We're Looking For

  • Plan, prepare, and cook a diverse menu of wood-fired pizzas, sides, and seasonal specials to consistently high standards.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and efficient workflow during peak periods.
  • Supervise, train and support kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.
  • Contribute to menu planning and innovation aligned with One Sneaky Cheetah's brand.
  • Monitor stock, order supplies and manage costs for efficient, sustainable operations.
  • Ensure consistent presentation and quality that delivers memorable dining experiences.

Required qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar chef role.
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
  • Strong technical skills in dough, sauces and flavour balancing.
  • Ability to thrive in busy service, with good leadership and organisational skills.
  • Passion for food, consistency and guest satisfaction.
