What We're Looking For
An experienced Chef who can be inventive with pizza, share passion for authenticity, and help lead kitchen operations in our fast-paced, energetic venue.
Key Responsibilities What We're Looking For
- Plan, prepare, and cook a diverse menu of wood-fired pizzas, sides, and seasonal specials to consistently high standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and efficient workflow during peak periods.
- Supervise, train and support kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.
- Contribute to menu planning and innovation aligned with One Sneaky Cheetah's brand.
- Monitor stock, order supplies and manage costs for efficient, sustainable operations.
- Ensure consistent presentation and quality that delivers memorable dining experiences.
Required qualifications and experience
- Minimum 3 years in a similar chef role.
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Strong technical skills in dough, sauces and flavour balancing.
- Ability to thrive in busy service, with good leadership and organisational skills.
- Passion for food, consistency and guest satisfaction.
